Negative equity and little financial flexibility had me feeling disheartened and frustrated with the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and other dealerships hadn't given me the time of day when I presented my situation. Everyone who I worked with was incredibly attentive and thorough while we sorted through the best possible options. Evan and Pinkal were super patient throughout the process; at no point did I feel pressured to rush my decision as I have with other dealerships in the area. Salesman Anthony Lekocevic took us though a test drive with a hybrid and explained all the features of the Limited model. While the test vehicle did not meet our expectations as to color, Anthony came up with a silver model which we ended up purchasing.. We are please with our choice although we are still learning to work and appreciate all the various new features which our Honda did not have. More
