Everything was fine-- I just wish service included a complementary rapid charge. Oh-- and having the TV on nonstop (and loud) in the waiting area was really annoying. Helped me get through service fast to meet an appt. Much appreciated. Very surprised that tires needed to be replaced as I have only driven 10,000 miles. Something wrong there, but I didn't argue. A $217 labor charge to change a battery in under 30 minutes is a total rip-off, not to mention that the Toyota only 12 volt battery for my Prius is half the size of the one in my other daily driver and minutes is a total rip-off, not to mention that the Toyota only 12 volt battery for my Prius is half the size of the one in my other daily driver and costs 3 times as much. The whole car buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson Avi was excellent with negotiating the new SUV price and with my trade-in. I was able to drive away from the dealership with my new SUV i salesperson Avi was excellent with negotiating the new SUV price and with my trade-in.
