Everything was fine-- I just wish service included a complementary rapid charge. Oh-- and having the TV on nonstop (and loud) in the waiting area was really annoying. A $217 labor charge to change a battery in under 30 minutes is a total rip-off, not to mention that the Toyota only 12 volt battery for my Prius is half the size of the one in my other daily driver and minutes is a total rip-off, not to mention that the Toyota only 12 volt battery for my Prius is half the size of the one in my other daily driver and costs 3 times as much. The whole car buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson Avi was excellent with negotiating the new SUV price and with my trade-in. I was able to drive away from the dealership with my new SUV i salesperson Avi was excellent with negotiating the new SUV price and with my trade-in.
