I knew this dealership was different from the rest as soon as I called in to set up an appointment. Unlike other dealerships they actually answer their phones and didn't leave me on hold forever. They were up front and honest with what needed to be done on my 2008 TL. I wasn't sure what to expect when I had gone in. I was nervous about being duped into doing things I didn't really need. Not only were the service advisors nice but so was the receptionist and the cashiers. I liked the coffee and they fact that I had a choice in having tea if I preferred. They did a great job answering questions and explaining everything to me I will be back for my next service. More

MY SALES CONSULTANT, TOM PITCHFORD, WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING MY ACURA'S FEATURES TO ME HE MADE SURE I KNEW THE MY NEW ACURA TL BEFORE I LEFT AND EVEN OFFERED FOR ME TO COME BACK IN IF I NEEDED IT. THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS VERY THOROUGH ALSO EXPLAINING WHAT I WAS PAYING, AND MY BANKING OPTIONS, CLEARLY GOING OVER THE FORMS AND WARRANTY OPTIONS TO ME IN A WAY "I" UNDERSTOOD WAS REALLY APPRECIATED. MY EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AND PURCHASING MY ACURA AT DCH TUSTIN ACURA WAS VERY PLEASANT AND I LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO DCH SERVICES ON MY ACURA AS NEEDED, THANK YOU SO MUCH! More

We have bought 2 TSX 2004 & 2006 from this dealership, using Tom Pitchford as our agent. He gave us the internet price for the cars. We have used them for service also. Always prompt, always on time.
