Kyle Herron is the reason we continue to bring our cars to this dealership for everything. Even though it may be less expensive to have work done elsewhere, Kyle has our trust. I am a return customer. This is not the closest Acura dealer to my home but it is the only Acura dealer that I will buy from or get service from (if ever needed). Every employee is well dressed & profes dealer to my home but it is the only Acura dealer that I will buy from or get service from (if ever needed). Every employee is well dressed & professional with every encounter with their customers. If they smoke you would never know it...no smell of cigarettes on their clothes & not visibly smoking in front of the customers. Every question/request was treated with respect & in a swift manner. We were never ignored & we were given a step by step process & time frame as to how long things would take. We finalized the "deal" over the phone before coming to the dealer to sign papers & Alex was true to his word without any hidden fees. Every one smiled & greeted us even as they passed by our table. If the world was as friendly & respectful as DCH Tustin Acura it would be Heaven on Earth!!! More

The entire staff at DCH are exceptionally customer oriented. They went out of their way to ensure that they gave me above and beyond attention, they put together a deal I couldn't refuse and they spen oriented. These guys are a great example of friendly, efficient, accommodating, and competitively priced. They really take excellent care of their customers and their cars. Eric and his team have done excellent work on my car in the past but recently I had a urgent problem that needed immediate fixing and they went out of their way to help. I called late on a Friday with a problem - they had me in early the next morning and my car fixed and washed in time for me to make a 2:00 wedding in Pasadena that same day. Couldn't have done it without the help of George Rodriguez - he also helped me make some difficult choices on fixing my car and replacing some things that in hind-site turned out to be a great choice. Thanks Tustin Honda for fielding such a great team. More

I have been taking my RSX there for years and the guys always keep it running. They are friendly and treat me with respect. I just bought a 2011 MDX from Tustin Acura and they were outstanding. I sent an email to inquire about price and options. They returned my email almost immediately and they had the best price by almost $4 outstanding. I sent an email to inquire about price and options. The vehicle I wanted was not easy to find with the color and options combination, so they tracked one down and made arrangements to have it delivered. Of the 10 cars i have bought from dealerships in my lifetime, this had to be the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had. From Ken Ngyuen in Sales to Steve Hahn in the Finance department and George Rodriguez in the Serivce Department (I had some extra options added after the purchase). I was recommended to Tustin Acura by a friend because of their great service. I will be following suit and send anyone I know that wants an Acura to DCH Tustin Acura. Great Dealer!!! More

We purchased a CPO 2008 Acura MDX. Kenny, again, was patient helping set up our personal preferences and blue tooth connections! This was a wonderful dealership.
