Watch out for sub par installations on any accessories especially the aftermarket DVDs. we have had nothing but problems from the get go, and to top it off we live a few hours from them, so every time the especially the aftermarket DVDs. we have had nothing but problems from the get go, and to top it off we live a few hours from them, so every time there is a issue we have to bring it back to them. We have not yet even got to enjoy the $2500.00 (choke) spent on sub par product installed which is infuriating. They fixed it once and now back again for round three. My 2002 Acura TL-Type S now has 120,000 miles. Transmission started to slip. Towed car over to Tustin Acura on a Sat. I knew this dealership was different from the rest as soon as I called in to set up an appointment. Unlike other dealerships they actually answer their phones and didn't leave me on hold forever. They were up front and honest with what needed to be done on my 2008 TL. I wasn't sure what to expect when I had gone in. I was nervous about being duped into doing things I didn't really need. Not only were the service advisors nice but so was the receptionist and the cashiers. I liked the coffee and they fact that I had a choice in having tea if I preferred. They did a great job answering questions and explaining everything to me I will be back for my next service. More
