The service department is excellent! Matt Storm and Kyle Herron are extremely helpful. Matt's knowledge of the brand is extensive and that makes for good, comprehensive care of my vehicle. Robert, the mechanic, takes special care and does detailed work, always identifying any areas of concern. With over 202,000 miles on my MDX, I look forward to my 300,000 mile mark ... and I am confident that with the partnership of DCH Tustin Acura Service department I will make it with ease. Bobbie T. I WAS REFERRED TO STEVE BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE, WHO WORKS I WAS REFERRED TO STEVE BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE, WHO WORKS FOR HONDA NOW. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL COLOR IN THE TSX THAT I SAW AT ANOTHER DEALER. I WAS REFERRED TO STEVE BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE, WHO WORKS FOR HONDA NOW. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL COLOR IN THE TSX THAT I SAW AT ANOTHER DEALER. STEVE STATED THE 2013 WAS NOT AVA. YET, BUT OFFERED A 2012 THAT WAS USED AS A SERVICE CAR. TONY SHOWED ME THE CAR AND I LIKED THE COLOR, ALTHO IT HAD 9,000+ MILES, I AM NOT SURE THE PRICE THAT WAS OFFERED WAS ABSOLUTELY FAIR. THE GUARANTEE AND SERVICE THAT WAS OFFERED WAS GREAT. WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR TONY SHOWED ME HOW TO WORK EVERYTHING,BUT I DON'T REMEMBER EVERYTHING. I REFER TO THE BOOKLET. HE WAS VERY NICE AND PATIENT. We have been taking our 12 year old Acura to this dealer for the past 10 years. Initially, we brought the car to them because of convience as we lived in Tustin but now we live 15 miles away in Mission Vie for the past 10 years. Initially, we brought the car to them because of convience as we lived in Tustin but now we live 15 miles away in Mission Viejo. Over the years we have developed a trust in this dealer. They don't try to push you into work that is not needed and when a problem or recommended service item is discovered, they give an assessment of the urgency of having the repair or service done allowing the customer to make a more informed decision as to when to schedule the repair or service. DCH Tustin Acura is a company of integrity; something, it seems, you don't find too often these days. More
The service department is there for just that; complete service. The Techs are friendly and never try to sell anything. The car gets done when your told it will be done. Everyone involved in the process makes it as pleasant as they can. There is great communication between the service department and the customer, so there are no surprises. Also, there is great follow up after the car is returned to the customer if you have any questions even th e next day. Youwhoel serice history is quickly available on their data base. All in all it makes taking your car in and waiting to get your car back serviced and washed an efficient, professional and rewarding morning. More

The service that I refer to is always professional and interested in my concerns about my vehicle. Your employees have a way of making me feel special for the short time that I am in your facility. Kyle Herron lives and offered me that same type of attention on my recent visit. No one looks forward to spending money on their car, maintenance or otherwise, but somehow your dealership makes it a good experience. I also love the car wash and chocolate bar.
