Wi went in with my mom and as two woman we felt completely at ease. There was no pressure. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. The salesman called me on Thursday night and said that they were interested in accepting my offer. I said great, i can be down there just a little after 9pm. He sad that was too late and we could do it th they were interested in accepting my offer. I said great, i can be down there just a little after 9pm. He sad that was too late and we could do it the following day. Ok fine with me.... I said i could be there at 4pm and asked to verify that they wouldn't sell if before then. He assured me that it was no problem and that it would be there ready for me... He asked me to get a money order instead of a personal check, which i agreed to.. I called him at 2pm to verify the name needed for the MO and he said DCH tustin Acura. Great, I'll see you in another hour, everything was all set. 20 minutes later a get a call from Abe saying they sold the car... WFT?? I called Eric the manager and he told me that they sold it for more than I had offered. I understand this if Abe hadn't assured me the we had a deal and that I didn't have to run down there right away. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and will NEVER do business with a DCH group ever again. More

My husband and I had been shopping around for cars for about three years. A year before we actually purchased our new Acura, we had visited Kalolo at DCH. He was very helpful and insightful about a wide range of cars. He was not pushy at all like many car salesmen can be, which is why we came back to him. The dealership was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The day we purchased our Acura, we had spent the morning looking at different Lexus dealerships and couldn't find what we were looking for. We decided to stop at DCH and were interested in pre-owned Acuras. Kalolo was there, thankfully, and he helped us out right away. They gave us a great deal on a brand new TSX, and we couldn't be happier with our car. They made the entire process extremely easy and unstressful. My husband absolutely hates dealing with car salesmen, but this experience with DCH and Kalolo changed his perspective on buying cars. We have told all our friends and family to go to DCH the next time they are interested in buying a car. More

I just bought my first car, 2007 Acura TSX (CPO). My first impression of this dealership was that the staff was very friendly and professional. I was greeted by Omar and he provided very useful informa first impression of this dealership was that the staff was very friendly and professional. I was greeted by Omar and he provided very useful information about the inner-workings of the car during my test drive. Omar was very patient and showed that he was very knowledgeable about the car. I also spoke with Miguel who was very patient and attentive to my requests and concerns. At the end, I was very excited to drive off in my new Acura TSX!! Great customer service. Also, you get free coffee and lemonade while you wait! Also, Kathi-lee the finance manager was unbelieveably helpful, funny, and very efficient. She will make you feel at ease during the tedious process of signing the papers to your new car! Good luck! More

I used Edmunds.com to find a 2010 Acura TL. I sent out my request to 6 dealers. Tustin Acura responded as quick as other dealers. However, the most important thing is it gave me the best price of all. Mr. Jeff Caprine contacted me. Before I came to the dealer, I called Jeff to make sure that the dealer had the vehicle I wanted. At the dealer, I was greeted by Jeff. The transaction went smoothly and hassle free. Jeff was very professional and knowledgable. This was one of a few times, I was able to buy a new car the way I wanted. I would buy again from Tustin Acura. More

We decided to buy from Tustin because they had the best price, worked well with us and had customer satisfaction as their #1 priority. We felt we were truly treated very well by the dealership and have no price, worked well with us and had customer satisfaction as their #1 priority. We felt we were truly treated very well by the dealership and have nothing but compliments for all of the various people we encountered there. First, there was Miguel who gave us a price quote and was very upfront with the AAA prices, next, there was Jeff, our initial AAA contact who helped us out, then Alex, who met with us on Easter Sunday and went over all the paperwork with us, Tom showed us the car again, then there was Kalolo who actually sold us the car, and Kathi-Lee the finance person who completed the paperwork with us. The whole team at Tustin was incredible. They were attentive to detail, they did not rush the process (we were there almost 4 hours), they were kind and friendly, and we truly enjoyed our car buying experience with them. I commend you for the team of Acura dealers you have selling your cars. Although the cars sell themselves, an AWESOME buying experience makes it all the more sweeter. Since my old 1991 Honda Accord finally died, I really dreaded the whole car purchasing process. So much so, that I had the car purchasing agent from my Credit Union do it for me. She shortly found on-l dreaded the whole car purchasing process. So much so, that I had the car purchasing agent from my Credit Union do it for me. She shortly found on-line EXACTLY the car I was looking for . . . a Silver 2007 Acura TSX, with the color interior and Nav Package I prefered. She had me contact Steve Hahn at DCH Tustin Acura. Even though I drove almost 50 miles from my home in the South Bay to Tustin, I can truly say that it was well worth the drive. We got a better than expected deal on this Certified Acura than I ever expected. The best part was the way Steve worked with us. He joked around with us and teased almost as much as I do, EXCEPT when we were discussing cars. Then, he was all business. He actually made the entire purchasing process enjoyable. I had been to two car dealers a couple of days earlier, and had to take some aspirin to rid myself of a headache each time when I left. Not so with Steve. He treated us like friends. And that was SO refreshing. He took all the time we needed going over our multitude of questions about the new (to us) TSX, and even recommended an excellent restaurant when queried as we were closing the deal. (He was so right about the restaurant too.) Even though it is a bit of a drive from my home, for future car purchases for my entire family, I will first look to Steve Hahn and DCH Tustin Acura for that car. I can't recommend them enough. More

The folks at DCH Tustin Acura have taken care of my 2005 RL since new. Larry took the call when I made the appointment but Gary is great as well. When I've needed the car checked or serviced they work with my schedule and have a courtesy shuttle if it is going to take a while. I have never received less than excellent service with this dealer and would highly recommend them. More

I stopped by Tustin Acura to have the tire pressure on my 206 TL checked because the warning light was on. Freddie Carabello greeted me by name. On inspection, they found a nail in my tire. Not only was my t 206 TL checked because the warning light was on. Freddie Carabello greeted me by name. On inspection, they found a nail in my tire. Not only was my tire fixed free of charge, but my car was washed! I have purchased two cars from DCH Tustin Acura. I appreciate the sales service, but I really LOVE the service department, especially Freddie Carabello. Thank you Tustin Acura for always going above and beyond!
