If you want a good deal at an Acura dealer in SoCal you have to contact Steve Shirk. Before I dealt with him I had been dealing with about 10 other dealers. All the other dealers were basically telling me have to contact Steve Shirk. Before I dealt with him I had been dealing with about 10 other dealers. All the other dealers were basically telling me the deal I wanted was ridiculous and impossible. Steve accepted my deal and that was it, car buying life changed. My deal wasn't impossible and I realized how strongly most dealers work at getting you to think there are these cut and dried "invoice prices" with no negotiating possible. If you want a great deal, go for it. You may never know if you are getting a great deal unless you talk to Steve. He's easy to deal with and very straightforward. Very highly recommended! More

When my CD changer was jammed in my 2008 MDX, I brought it in to Tustin Acura expecting a fairly expensive repair since it's no longer under warranty. I was not too happy since the car only had 23,000 mil it in to Tustin Acura expecting a fairly expensive repair since it's no longer under warranty. I was not too happy since the car only had 23,000 miles on it. Freddy told me he will discuss the issue with the service manager and get back to me. Within a few days he called back and said a new unit would be ordered to replace the defective one at no charge. My battery went dead and the audio system was disabled so I called Tustin Acura. I was told how to do it but I couldn't do it so I called the second time. I explained that I was a Senior Citizen and therefo I called Tustin Acura. I was told how to do it but I couldn't do it so I called the second time. I explained that I was a Senior Citizen and therefore he had to be patient with me. Well, he could not explain it to me so he referred Kyle to me. He was so patient and explained it to me and got my radio to work. What service. Many times employers get so inpatient with Senior Citizens. Well, not Tustin Acura. I have always gone to Tustin Acura because of their great service but this time I could not go to Tustin Acura because the battery was dead in my garage, otherwise I would have gone to Tustin Acura. I am a return customer. This is not the closest Acura dealer to my home but it is the only Acura dealer that I will buy from or get service from (if ever needed). Every employee is well dressed & profes dealer to my home but it is the only Acura dealer that I will buy from or get service from (if ever needed). Every employee is well dressed & professional with every encounter with their customers. If they smoke you would never know it...no smell of cigarettes on their clothes & not visibly smoking in front of the customers. Every question/request was treated with respect & in a swift manner. We were never ignored & we were given a step by step process & time frame as to how long things would take. We finalized the "deal" over the phone before coming to the dealer to sign papers & Alex was true to his word without any hidden fees. Every one smiled & greeted us even as they passed by our table. If the world was as friendly & respectful as DCH Tustin Acura it would be Heaven on Earth!!! More

Eric and his team have done excellent work on my car in the past but recently I had a urgent problem that needed immediate fixing and they went out of their way to help. I called late on a Friday with a problem - they had me in early the next morning and my car fixed and washed in time for me to make a 2:00 wedding in Pasadena that same day. Couldn't have done it without the help of George Rodriguez - he also helped me make some difficult choices on fixing my car and replacing some things that in hind-site turned out to be a great choice. I have been taking my RSX there for years and the guys always keep it running. They are friendly and treat me with respect.
