my family bought a 2008 ACURA MDX last 2008 at this dealership (DCH TUSTIN ACURA). We drove more than 50 miles one way every Maintenance schedule. We prefer to bring our MDX to DCH TUSTIN ACURA because of their Excellent Service. Even if Santa Monica Acura is very very close to our place. My previous Service Advisor no longer works in this dealership.So, I made an appointment directly with Their Service Manager. last June 19 through email. It's my first time to meet the Service Manager Eric LiFoSjoe who went above and beyond the call of duty when we brought our MDX for Schedule Maintenance and some warranty service. He really helped me out and was awesome to work with. He answers my phone calls...answers my emails....return my calls...answers my questions... give me updates. He is friendly and easy to talk to... We got a 2012 ACURA TSX as a loaner and my wife likes it! My wife also likes the 2014 BLACK ACURA MDX when she saw it on the dealership display lot! I've been to different dealerships but never experience this kind of Excellent Service. Thank you very much Eric!!! More

I got the serious problems with my Acura 2007 TL - S TYPE transmission on Monday June 10th 2013 .On Tuesday June 11th , I brought mycar to Tustin Acura ; and Mr. Kyle Herron the Service Consultant was there transmission on Monday June 10th 2013 .On Tuesday June 11th , I brought mycar to Tustin Acura ; and Mr. Kyle Herron the Service Consultant was there greeting me . After receiving the car, test driving with the technician,and having the initial inspections , Kyle discussed with me what the problems were. He discussed about the cost of fixing transmission and help ; this really surprised me ! I had having services on South Coast Acura on many minor things , but left with unsatisfaction due to unnecessary repairs and the expenses were up to my nose ! If this time I brought my car to SCA for transmission fixing , the cost would be up to the sky ; I guessed the cost to fix tranmission at SCA would be at least 4 K ! At Tustin Acura Kyle suggested the price for roughly 1250 .00 for fixing the transmission plus preventive maintenance on parts related to transmission and engine including wheel alignment ! Due to the complexity of the repair , I got to leave my TL at Tustin Acura for more than a week ; I got a nice loaner car TSX with simple paperwork to drive instead of renting a car from dealer . Every few days Kyle contacted me and discussed about the progress ;on Friday June 21st 2013 I got my TL back just right on the nice weekend ride ! Needless to say I'm as happy as a clam ! I would like to recommend Tustin Acura Service especially with the Service Consultant Mr. Kyle Herron and the technicians there in term of quality , friendliness, cost , etc... I really appreciate this service from Tustin Acura . More

I have taken my car to DCH Tustin Acura since it was new. For routine servce, I wait in the customer waiting area until the sevice is done. One two occasions when the work was to take longer than I could reasonably wait for it, the dealer offered to loan me a car for the day. This was appreciated but not expected. Other serve departments had used in the past only offered to call for me to arrange a rental car. Work has always been completed accurately with my car washed and ready often ealier than originall promised. The service managers are always careful to fully explain the work that is to done and the expected cost. I have never been surprised to find the final amount higher than expected. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean and inviting. There is free coffee, a comfortable waiting area with WIFI if I need it. I find DCH Tusting Accura service so professional, that I can't inagine taking my car for service any where else. More

Kyle Herron was my Service Advisor at my recent visit. Kyle is my reason for switching from Weir Canyon Acura to DHS Tustin Acura. I had called Wier Canyon Acura for 3 days straight(!!) just to inquire o Kyle is my reason for switching from Weir Canyon Acura to DHS Tustin Acura. I had called Wier Canyon Acura for 3 days straight(!!) just to inquire on a few things regarding my Acura. I was on hold forever each and every time I called their service department. I even timed one of my calls, and ended up hanging up after 7 minutes on hold. I immediately called DHS Tustin Acura. Kyle answered my service call and from the get go was pleasant and informative. I made my appointment with him and took my Acura MDX in. He is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough. I was very impressed with his knowledge and efforts. I have only gone to DHS twice for servicing. I will now ONLY go to DHS for all of my servicing needs (and ,most likely for my next Acura). This is due to the impeccable service provided by Kyle Herron. He is the type of Service Advisor one hopes to deal with when taking their car in...or just calling for answers to questions regarding their Acura. Kudos to Kyle. More
