I never feel like I'm being sold a service I don't need. George listened carefully to my recent issue and made sure it was systematically addressed during service appointment. He clearly explained the findings over the phone and made me feel confident in the service required, in this case nothing more to be done immediately, but something to look at again during the next scheduled service. Thanks again for the great customer service and excellent technical folks in the shop. More

Best Customer Service I had my first ACURA RDX in 2015 and wanted to upgrade to the newer model with standard Jewel LED headlights and Power Tailgate. And i'm very satisfi I had my first ACURA RDX in 2015 and wanted to upgrade to the newer model with standard Jewel LED headlights and Power Tailgate. And i'm very satisfied with my new car. Sean was very helpful with my choice of car and Tustin Acura is fully stocked with the model, exterior and interior color. i would definitely refer my friends and family to him. More

(I usually dislike talking to car salesmen and their manager as it feels like such a fake act. I mean, why can't we just get to the bottom line?) But, with Sean, I felt like we worked with someone with integrity who was truly humble throughout the process. He spent at least 20 minutes going over the various features and having me practice them so I would know the basics before driving off. (I bought the technology package so there is quite a bit to learn.) More
