Excellent GSM, Ashton Carroll, is professional, personable, upfront and transparent in his negotiation with the customers. This DCH Tustin Acura dealership is where we have serviced all of our previous Acuras for over 25 years. We had a good conversation with Ashton, which is what we were intentionally seeking - to speak to the GSM directly on the floor. We appreciate his time and professionalism. He shared his background with us and and he is from Nevada. His character, and honesty and reputation is what sells cars in this dealership. If you are looking for an Acura or used vehicle, this is the dealership to go to. It is worth the drive from anywhere in the So CA or to fly in to from out of state. It is freeway close to the 5 and the Tustin Ranch Road exit in the large AutoMall next to Costco. When we arrived at the dealership, Omar, our sales rep, went above and beyond to help us, showing great hustle and dedication throughout the process. The transition process took some time, but that was on us—we went in on New Year's Eve when the dealership was understandably busy. Despite the hectic environment, the team remained professional and courteous. So far, we’re thrilled with our new Acura ZDX and the service we received from DCH Acura.
