Took car in for general servicing in the morning, they gave an estimated pick up time of 1:00 to 2:00pm. Did not receive any notifications so I called around 3:30, and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Finall gave an estimated pick up time of 1:00 to 2:00pm. Did not receive any notifications so I called around 3:30, and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Finally got a message around 4:00 that it was ready for pick up. I feel that if I didn’t call it would not have been ready that day. I picked it up close to 4:30, but was not pleased by the lack of notification as well as a delay of 2-3 hours from estimated time stated. More
