Mr. Jose Hernandez, (Service Manager) has taken care of me since day one of 2015 Toyota Sequoya Platinum, It currently has over 107,000 miles on it Mr. Jose Hernandez, (Service Manager) has taken care of me since day one of 2015 Toyota Sequoya Platinum, It currently has over 107,000 miles on it and it still Runs and Drive Great. I attribute this to the excellent service provided by your Service Department and Mr. Hernandez oversite of what needs to be taken care of and in a timely manner. I frequently travel to Lake Havasu City. AZ and must drive over miles of desert and deal with stop and go traffic up and down the Cajon Pass on the I-15. I always feel confident knowing my SUV is always in top running condition. Whatever you are paying Mr. Hernandez is not enough. Management should bump up his pay, he’s well worth it.
