But then Maya Marquez appeared, like a service-advising angel sent straight from the heavens. Her smile alone probably added 10 horsepower to my engine. Maya didn’t just handle my car issues—she orchestrated them like a symphony conductor leading Beethoven’s 5th. She explained everything so clearly I felt like I could pass an ASE certification exam by the time we were done. Her recommendations? Spot on. Her professionalism? Impeccable. Her energy? Somewhere between a double espresso and a motivational TED Talk. By the time I left, my car was running so smoothly it could probably enter a Formula 1 race. If Maya were running the DMV, we’d all have our licenses in 15 minutes or less. Honestly, give this woman a raise, a crown, and her own Netflix series. She’s THAT good. Took 2. 5 hours for an oil change when I was told 1.5-2 hours which wasn’t the biggest deal until the cashier rang me up. I was in a rush due to the wait being longer than expected and after I paid I started to walk away and the cashier said very low “your receipt” as I’m walking away. I politely say “I don’t need it thank you though” with her starring at me like I’m an idiot. I go outside thinking someone would hand me my keys there and realized maybe the cashier had them. I approached her and asked her “sorry did you have my keys?” While she was speaking to another cashier and she slowly handed me my keys making an unpleasant face as in “ugh here you go” like I’m stupid without acknowledging my mistake or acknowledging my question. I walked away feeling uncomfortably stupid. Reflecting back, as I was walking away, I know now she must have said “your keys” but I did not hear her and her knowing what she was referring too she could have held them up showing me my keys as I looked back and said it’s ok, approached me walking out the door with my keys, or at lease even acknowledged me when I realized I made the mistake such as “no worries I was sure you didn’t hear me have a good day”. But no. She was unkind and rude. More

Previous report i wrote all good thins about u,now let me tell u the negative side of your dealership PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I VISITED FOR SERVICE. l hv a leased car,infact 3rd time.it was last service to be tell u the negative side of your dealership PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I VISITED FOR SERVICE. l hv a leased car,infact 3rd time.it was last service to be done before lease is going to be over,intact in middle of this month.at the time your sales manager a Moroccan guy promised me that he will honor and make anote in his comp.that 3rd year service wud be free.i was fool not to hv got in writing from him at the time.Anyway this time when I went for last service they denied my request and wanted me to pay for oil change etc.to told to talk to see mang.byt didn't even bother to talk to me personally,instead told ser.adviser to tell me that he wudnt honor what I said..anyway full serv.was not done only tire rotating and pressure.to realest the car it took forever to finish the paperwork and sign out. Infact today I got worried as car didn't feel smooth noticing tire pressure was low,all 4 wheels.Went to cosrco and found out that each tire had different pressure.was it service dept negligence,I think so,as it was FREE. AS SAID THIS WAS MY 3RD LEASE WITH U AND AM NEGOTIATING ANOTHER FOR NECT 3 YEARS WHEN NEW 25 CROSS MODEL COMES IN YOUR SHOWROOM.HOPE I CAN MAKE A DEAL.
