It never felt like a pressure sale from him like I have experienced at other dealerships. I believed he truly had my best interest at heart and wanted me to be a happy customer. When we finally decided to commit to buying (this was for my son so I had a lot of concerns on his behalf) it was after the dealership closed and Jim stayed while the finance person finished up all the paper work and then he saw us out. I couldn't be happier with the deal we made for my son and when I am ready for a new or used car I will definitely be visiting Jim again. I will also say the other employees were very considerate and respectful of the fact I was already dealing with a particular sales person.
