Very Nasty & Unprofessional Service Department Second time seeking to obtain service of my vehicle which I purchased at this dealership. The first was two years ago when I scheduled break-pad and Second time seeking to obtain service of my vehicle which I purchased at this dealership. The first was two years ago when I scheduled break-pad and rotor replacement. This appointment was made almost two weeks in advance, upon my arrival, on time, I was told that I would have a 6 hour wait. On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, I sought to make an appointment for a series of serious issues....as my vehicle is under 6 years of age and had under 73k miles I was forwarded to a scheduler.......this woman told me to “Be Quiet” twice and continued interrupting me as I was seeking to explain, saying “Oh my God”. I told her I would go elsewhere and hung up. Ad insult to injury, she calls me back and leaves a detailed message saying that I no longer have an appointment for the next morning and that the earliest appointment available is the 20th of September. I will never purchase a Honda from them again......they are quick to take your $$$$.....but you can not rely on them for any level of vehicle service. Lastly, I not only saved her message to me...I also have my initial call recorded. More

Above and Beyond Harold is patient and kind. He really took the time to help me out and made sure that I was ok. I thought that there was something wrong with my wheel Harold is patient and kind. I thought that there was something wrong with my wheels, but it turns out it was a huge nail stuck in my tire. unfortunately, I would not get an appointment for another few days, but the noise was so loud that I was afraid to drive the car. Harold came out, got down on his hands and knees, and took a look at my wheels and found the problem. All I had to do was stop at a tire shop, they took 10 mins to fix it. Harold, you took a load off of my head that day and I appreciate. More

Worst serice ever, long waits The splashguard under my honda came off partially, so I and a friend took the othee corners off so it wouldnt scrape. My dealer back home he could reattach it as a courtesy, butI just moved and asked this local dealer forhelp with it. Theysaid no problem and bookedan appointment. Big mistake. Made me waut 2 hrs, during dinner time no less, and wouldhave made me wait longer had I not bugged them twice. They then tried to charge me $30 to reattach it, as if making me wait until the end of the night would make me willing to pay them money for this. They could have won a new customer but this nonsense cost them my business for life. More
