DCH Paramus Honda - Service Center

I had a service issue with my 2019 Honda CRV. The vehicle was still covered by the manufacturer's 3-year warranty. I went to Mahwah Honda, where I originally leased the vehicle. Paramus Honda took care of the problem at $0 cost to me. The service personnel I dealt with at Paramus Honda were all excellent. Thank you Wael, Darren & Frank for the great service! After the experience with both dealers, and out of curiosity, I checked the Better Business Bureau ratings for both dealerships. Based on my own personal experience, I was not surprised to learn: Paramus Honda has been BBB accredited since 12-26-06 with an A+ rating. Mahwah Honda is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has a C- Better Business Bureau Rating. Under prior ownership, until 2017 and prior, Mahwah Honda had high reviews, which were not replicated in recent years. In the future I would purchase or lease a vehicle from Paramus Honda but not from Mahwah Honda. More

Abel Fermin went above and beyond with the lease return to make me feel at ease. The process didn't take more than ten mins. Unlike other sales reps he didn't pressure me into getting a new vehicle right to make me feel at ease. The process didn't take more than ten mins. I am not very happy with DCH Paramus Honda's charge for the engine oil change and brake fluid flush for 2015 Honda Accord. This dealer charged me $15 more for customer pay environmental and/or shop supply the engine oil change and brake fluid flush for 2015 Honda Accord. This dealer charged me $15 more for customer pay environmental and/or shop supply charges for repair order. On their website, it does not mention it and in the writer up, before jobs begin, they did not mention it. Furthermore, on March 27, 2019, I had my 2008 Odyssey oil change in this shop. In the multipoint check report, it indicated that this car needed a timing belt change. unfortunately, prior to this, the car was already changed the timing belt, water pump, external belt and timing belt tensioner at other shop, DCH Academy Honda, when the car had 98902 miles on it. The car was driven 8676 miles after timing belt change, DCH Paramus Honda asked to change it again. So the multipoint check was wrong. More
