AWESOME EXPERIENCE A few days ago I had to bring my car in for service and of course, I was nervous. I've been "beat" and lied to by other service/sales reps before, whi A few days ago I had to bring my car in for service and of course, I was nervous. I've been "beat" and lied to by other service/sales reps before, which is why I decided to try DCH Honda for the first time. In every aspect imaginable, the experience was nothing but great! Even the Director, John Puglisi took the time to introduce himself and go over what was going to get done. I'm not too car savvy but his explanation was clear and concise and he was very knowledgeable. I even used the "Speed Check" out system they have where they text you the invoice and pay that way. SO EASY! I avoided waiting on the check out line when I picked up my car and was out of there in seconds. Very very very convenient if you don't want to wait online. I wanted to thank John and his team for really helping me out, not ripping me off and making the entire experience as painless as possible. Great job! More

Bad customer service on DCH itself I bought two cars from DCH, not even lease, full cash. My 2006 Pilot key screw came off and lost. Figure I come in and can give me a tiny screw. WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE you have - DCH. That screw probably cost you 2 cents and you could have give it out for free. How often does these request come to you. Even so that cost you nothing and unlike DCH. If you buy a furniture from IKEA. You can go and they will let you get a replacement nut and bolts for FREE. I call that good customer service. All employee there have good service, just this experience on DEC 29 holidays time really ticks me off. Bah Humbug DCH. More

Unfortunately all of the Honda dealerships around here are DCH so I guess our next car will not be a Honda. It's a shame, because we love our cars. Have owned 4 Hondas and there are always recalls, which would be merely inconvienient if the service was better. They must only be posting good reviews here, since the experience all of the other reviewers have left is nothing like mine. More

Maintenance Service I came here Monday November 21st, left my car at 8am and they were supposed to fix the sensors, alignment and tire rotation. I had an extended warrant I came here Monday November 21st, left my car at 8am and they were supposed to fix the sensors, alignment and tire rotation. I had an extended warranty to cover the expenses for all of this. They called me at 4pm telling me they couldnt do anything because I had to pay for this, mind you I had said I had the warranty and needed someone to speak to me in Spanish. I went to pick up my car and all they had done was change the oil and charged me for this. A worker named Christian who sold me the warranty, helped me get my money back. The clerk told me to come back to get my car fixed at 8am the next day, I came back the next day and the guy who told me to come back wasnt there and the person there told me they couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment. I lost a whole day of work, paid for a taxi for an oil change i couldve done myself. The warranty i paid for was for no reason and I plan to end it asap. I would definitely never buy a car from this place again. Freddy G. More

Service I was recently in for service and dealt with Danny Turbides. He once again went above and beyond for me. The work would last until the next day so he I was recently in for service and dealt with Danny Turbides. He once again went above and beyond for me. The work would last until the next day so he got me a free rental car and kept me abreast of when the work was done. He took my dealer coupon with no problem. He is always courteous, kind, and very sincere. If you need work done, see Danny! He is the best. I have been coming here since 2007 when I bought my first Honda here. More
