My lease was soon to expire and I needed to figure out what the best financial decision was for me. She did a great job of doing a run down with me about Mubarak options. An issue I had was I had a limited price I could pay for a Carnac limited amount of time I could stay at the dealership due to work. I am living on my own at 23 and have no financial help therefore leaving me with limited options. The Honda team did such a great job I left with a new 2013 Nissan Sentra that day. The car had an awesome service record and drives perfectly. I am extremely happy with my car and am so happy I get to keep as my own! Thank you so so much DCH HONDA OF PARAMUS you guys are great!! First we spoke to Danny Mueses, who was patient and understanding in hearing out our problem regarding the tires on my Honda Civic. The conversation was kept in a calm and collected manner no matter what, and Danny did everything he could to try to help our situation. We were also referred to Frankie Sanchez, an express service advisor at the dealership. He was very kind from the very beginning and also did everything in his power to assist us. He remained composed and diligent throughout the process, and we were happy to have such a devoted professional help us.
