Awful, unprofessional service ?We were looking forward to taking our Odyssey on our vacation starting tomorrow but we just got screwed over by DCH Paramus Honda in NJ. Took them a ?We were looking forward to taking our Odyssey on our vacation starting tomorrow but we just got screwed over by DCH Paramus Honda in NJ. Took them a full day to even return a call to discuss installing roof rails, then we had to wait two more days for ?an appointment. Dropped the car off this morning (very inefficient check-in that took 20 minutes as worker wrote VIN and other info by hand and then waited on another line for second worker to enter info on computer—and we are already in their system) and were promised that the car would be done by 4pm. Instead we got a call at 4:10pm saying they didn’t have the parts and they had called around but no other local dealer has them, so we’d need to wait until tomorrow afternoon to get the car. We have a 10-hour trip tomorrow and had made them aware of our deadline all week. This is very upsetting and incredibly unprofessional. We have owned Odysseys since 2001 and other Hondas but will never buy another after being treated so terribly and left in the lurch. We will now need to take two cars on our trip, which will cost us a lot more time and money. Terrible way to start our summer holiday, all thanks to the terrible service at DCH Paramus. More

Above and Beyond Service I have never seen a company care as much for customer service as have witnessed today. Earlier this week, I ran into an issue with my car. Water found I have never seen a company care as much for customer service as have witnessed today. Earlier this week, I ran into an issue with my car. Water found its way into my car due to a loose grommet. Not understanding how that could've happened or who was at fault, Bruce Laga explained to me my situation. He explained to me what was the best course of action and took care of problem. They immediately contacted me the same day to rectify my frustration. They kept me in the loop on the steps they needed to take to make sure that I remained satisfied. This team made sure that a valued customer is well taken care of. I'm sorry for ever doubting you guys and I will continue being a loyal customer. Thank you again to Bruce, Terrence, and Ralph. More
Poor Communication and Service I came for an oil change and to get my air bag recall done. I came at 7:30 am left my car with Natasha Nedd the service advisor. I followed up at 5pm via text and never got a reply so i called them and kept on getting Natasha's voicemail. I left a message and texted. Still no answer. At 8pm I asked the service operator where was Natasha and she told me that she was gone for the day. She told me that the car was not ready and that a part was not available. I told her i need my car and that I was never informed about this earlier so I could make arrangements. She put me on a long hold then told me that my car is ready all of a sudden. I go to pick up my car and no one reviews what was done with my car I am just handed pieces of paper by Frankie and told to go to the cashier. I complain to the cashier and she takes back to Frankie who tells me the service manager is not around and to just leave and forget about the fee. I tell him that is not the point that I need to talk to a manager. He tells me to leave and speak to the manager the next day. I tried to contact the manager today and nothing so far. Poor service! More

However,I was very impressed with the way in which the dealership stood behind its work and made the situation right. In particular, my dealings with Steve Wilson were fantastic. Besides being polite and personable I could tell that Steve paid attention to detail and understood my concerns. He kept me updated and helped ensure that final repairs were made within my requested time frame and on very reasonable terms. In short, what could have been a very negative experience turned into a positive one, in large part because of the way that Steve handled the situation. The dealership demonstrated to me that it has integrity and I recommend Paramus Honda to others. More

We have had nothing but good experiences with DCH Paramus Honda, but this honestly may have been the best service ever. Our 2003 Honda Element has 120k on it and needed some big work done. Trying to make an informed decision about dropping a lot of money isn’t easy, but Danny Turbides went SO far out of his way to help us to understand what the long term effects of the repairs would be, and helped us make the right decision. The car drives better than ever after the repairs, and Danny even had a conversation with me about a possible trade in and the new Pilot. We are very loyal customers and will continue to be because of service like this, which goes far above and beyond! Thank you DCH Paramus Honda and thank YOU, Danny Turbides! More
