I needed to purchase a new car after my Nissan was totaled in an accident. Found DCH Paramus Honda through their Internet Sales Department. I can't recommend this dealership strongly enough, especially Renee from the Internet Dep't who was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured, all my questions were answered thoroughly and professionally and I walked away from the dealership feeling satisfied with the car and the deal we made. More

Kendly Smith the used car saleman is the sales person I dealt with from the begining, but once the sales manager got involve (Ronny G) he kind of ruined the whole process. He should be selling TV's , Furni dealt with from the begining, but once the sales manager got involve (Ronny G) he kind of ruined the whole process. He should be selling TV's , Furniture and not Honda vehicle's. He was not professional and to agressive I was turn off by his sales tactics. Not only that but he is also extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells in addition to being a true gentleman. His service was exemplarily and I have no hesitation in sending referrals in the future to him as I know they will be given the same care and consideration that I was given.
