Side story: I got burned the first time when I got a internet quote from a Bklyn dealership (cough cough Plaza Auto Mall). So, I was worried in traveling to NJ and getting burned a second time. I must admit that when I initially read the reviews on this site for DCH Paramus Honda, I was skeptical because of the numerous 5-star reviews they received. In the back of my mind, I wondered if salespe this site for DCH Paramus Honda, I was skeptical because of the numerous 5-star reviews they received. In the back of my mind, I wondered if salespeople in their free time logged on to give themselves good reviews. (That's the cynic in me.) Well, I can tell you that our experience was surprisingly pleasant. Andy gave us a great price over the internet for a Fit Sport and very patiently answered questions that we had. He also updated us every day or two on the progress of getting the specific car to their lot (had to swap from another dealership) either by phone or email. Eric Thomas, the finance manager, was also very patient as we discussed our financing options even though it was way past closing time. He did push the warranty packages, but that's his job and can't really blame him for doing so. Have met way more pushy guys at other dealerships. We still have to get the out-of-state plates from DCH, but don't anticipate that to be a problem. I would definitely recommend working with the internet department at DCH. More
