I leased my second honda accord at this dealrship a few weeks ago. In all of my years of car leasing it was the best experiance I have ever had!! Everyne was helpful and nice. I bought a used car, 2003 Nissan Sentraand had nothing but problems for the first month. The day I purchased the car their was work that needed to be done. I waited a week for it and when I went to pick i but problems for the first month. The day I purchased the car their was work that needed to be done. I waited a week for it and when I went to pick it up, I was kept waiting for almost half and hour for the paperwork just to be told that I would not be able to recieve it. A week later the battery died and the gentleman I spoke to told me to take it to a private servaice station and was reluctant to reimburse me for the full cost and once again said I would not recieve a reciept for the work that was done. The engine was stalling as soon as I picked up the car and after leaving 5 messages to various managers, I had to involve the bank that issued the auto loan to me. After taking the car back to the dealership for the third time, an hour away(I live in Manalapan)I was once again kept waiting oiver two hours for service. I wasted an entore day again and I found out that the fuel pump had to be rebuilt, which proves that initially, the neccessary work to provide a safe, reliable car just wasn't done. Upon further questioning I was given excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn't done and why my phone calls were not returned. There is absolutely no excuse for the poor customer service that I recieved. Then to make matters worst, I was told to wait eben longer for the finance dept. to tell me that the extended warantee I had purchased was not approved. This came after a month of driving the car(and having problems). I chose to go to a DCH dealership because of the reputation for high quality customer service and work that it had. I am extremely disappointed with what I got. No customer should have to go through the nightmare that I did. The only saving grace is that the work was finally done. More

No pressure for any additional features. No runaround or attempts to add any additional undisclosed fees such as destination charges or registration fees once contract was drawn up. We went in to get a comparison quote on an 08 civic; after 2 1/2 hrs of "negotiating" we were highly insulted by Nat so we walked out. Michael Klites (mgr)called before I even got home apologizing & be after 2 1/2 hrs of "negotiating" we were highly insulted by Nat so we walked out. Michael Klites (mgr)called before I even got home apologizing & begging us to allow him the sale. Michael promised that we would deal with him & only him from that point on. We decided to go back b/c the price was TOO GOOD to pass up. When we arrived, we did NOT deal with Michael at all- he barely said hello to us, instead we dealt with Sam. Sam was nice enough & followed the deal that we made with Michael. we gave them $1000 (total out of pocket- not down payment- which was agreed upon). We were told the car would be in their dealership in 2-3 days. after 5 days,i hadnt heard from them so i called 3x and each time was told "i'll find out & call you right back." no one ever called back. I went in & told Michael that i wasnt leaving until he told me an exact date of arrival. After an hr, he told us that if the car we were originally assigned wasnt in within 2 days, he was going to personally drive to long island & get the car himself. this back & forth banter went on for 3 weeks!!!!!!! I finally got the car last night- otherwise we were breaking the deal. When we arrived last night, we didnt deal with Michale or Sam, we met Cole. (cole was very nice)but the car that was there was not the original car- This one had 135 miles on it & they made us put out an extra $425 ! Terrible customer service! More
I purchased a 2008 Honda Fit from this dealer in July. I was very happy with the internet sales group and their immediate responses. I spoke with Renee on the phone and she was wonderful. When we went tot the dealer Renee was busy so we sealed the deal with Omar. Both of them were fabulous. I will say there was one person we dealt with (the guy who we signed the actual papers with before we went to finance, not sure of his name) Anyway, I wasn't impressed with him. I felt that he spoke down to his colleagues in front of the customers (very unprofessional!) The finance department was easy and painless to work with. The 4 in quality of work was that when we got the car home some of the sticky stuff that holds the wrapping on the car was still there. Not sure I can really blame them though as when we left the dealership it was dark and even we didn't catch it. Overall the experience was a good one and I would definitely return to them in the future. More
