On behalf of myself and the entire staff at DCH Paramus Honda I would like to apologize for the conditions of your new car purchase. I am not familiar with your particular case but I believe I know what happened. We occasionally trade vehicles with other dealerships (usually to obtain a specific color for a customer, or to accommodate another dealer who is doing the same for one of their customers)and that would account for the miles. This is no excuse as it is definitely our responsibility to have the correct mileage on the paperwork and to ensure that we fill the gas tank to full before you pick it up. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience and wish to remedy the situation. Please bring me a receipt from the gas station the next time you fill up and I will reimburse you. Let me begin by saying that on behalf of myself, and the entire staff of DCH Paramus Honda, we apologize for not being able to accommodate you on your visit to our showroom. I assure you that the way you were dressed has nothing to do with the service you received. The majority of our customers come in with jeans and sneakers. If no one greeted you upon arriving then we just failed to perform at the level of performance that is required of us, plain and simple. Not to make any excuses but accommodating all the customers that visit us on saturdays (generally over 100)is definitely a challenge for us and we are constantly striving to speed up our process as to free up our salespeople faster to assist the next customer waiting in the store. We also recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment as we have a separate department that just handles appointments.
