He offered me a competitive price for the new car. He spent time with me and even gave me his personal phone number so I could always reach him. We arranged the deal online and over the phone. When I came I expected the car with less than 50 miles on it (we discussed it via e-mail). However, I found a car with 72 miles. I was upset, by Yury located a brand new car with only 21 miles and I bought it. The only problem I had was that I paid the dealership to get my plates and NYS registration for me. For some reason, the process took longer than expected and I got the plates and papers when my temporary inspection was almost expired. I believe people in dealerships messed up something and my papers were just waiting somewhere even though I called few times to find out what was going on. After I got a ticket for late inspection I sent it to the dealership. After some hassle (I had to call them ~15 times) they refunded me the money. I would recommend this dealership and I would probably come back if I decide to buy another Honda. More

I had been looking for a car for about a month. We settled in on a few makes: Nissan, Mazda, Toyota, Ford, Acura and Honda. Got some quotes from a few dealers. I was actually leaning towards the Murano, but my wife wanted a Honda or the Acura. The Acura, while nice, was a little expensive. So that left Honda. I didn't have any recommendations for a dealer so I went to Edmunds and to this site. After reading a few reviews, I decided to give DCH in Paramus a try. I went to their site, checked out their deals and printed out the deal I was interested in. (Pilot EX-L with leather, sunroof, etc.) The price on the ad was the REAL price. The salesperson that I dealt with was fair, friendly and didn't try to play any games. Needless to say this was really refreshing. In addition, after he made the sale he didn't treat me like I was yesterday's news. I had lots of questions about the car and he patiently explained everything down to the last detail. My salesperson's name was Harshal Patel. I also dealt with Bill, Eric along with one other salesperson whose name escapes me, but I think it was Derek. All were professional and friendly. So we did the deal. And I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership and Harshal in a second. Thanks guys! P.S. The car is really great! More

Due to the fact that DCH has a huge inventory, we found less resistance to negotiating on price. Other dealers had laughed in our faces telling us we would never pay less than the MSRP. Wes was fantastic and it was truly a pleasure doing business with him. Not only was purchasing my CRV from Wes painless, but it was actually kind of fun. And, as soon as the paperwork was all done, he didn't drop the ball. He was very meticulous in making sure everything with my new vehicle was perfect. More

The salesman I had Omar, was just straight, helpful, honest, and I believe he worked to make sure that the dealership AND I both had a fair deal. What more could you ask of the sales process/person. AND no one EVER said “what do I have to do to sell you a car tonight” – that is so trite and I am not the expert don’t people who ask this know their business? I will recommend Omar and the dealership to anyone shopping for a car even if they are not currently considering a Honda. The car was clean, full tank of gas, and well presented (before I left; they had missed some spots but took care of it while I did paperwork. . I looked at Nissan and while it could be had for a lower price - the dealership was shoddy and it just was not as nice & friendly as the DCH Paramus Honda dealership. I also checked out 2 other Honda dealerships -- one was very pushy the other was just clueless. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

My wife and I are from Brooklyn, but we decided to travel to Paramus Honda because of all the good reviews we saw here and on other websites. We didn't even bother going to the Honda dealers in Brooklyn fro to Paramus Honda because of all the good reviews we saw here and on other websites. We didn't even bother going to the Honda dealers in Brooklyn from all the bad publicity and word of mouth from friends. We are glad we bought our 2009 Honda Fit from DCH Paramus. The other Honda dealerships we called and visited wouldn't take our pre-order or wanted to charge above MSRP. Our salesperson Elie was very straightforward and knowledgeable and best of all allowed us to put a $500 deposit down (@ MSRP price) for the first 2009 Fit Sport A/T they were about to receive a week later. We were also allowed to test drive the car and if we didn't like it, he'll provide a refund. We test drove it a week later as promised and paid for it at the agreed price, no strings attached. We would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends and family, and would come back again. More

Thomas Rivas, a very young and well-mannered salesman was great. Unlike other salesman who would always let us "call and visit them","boastful" at their store to get the best offer, this guy directly answers our inquiry(email/call) and eager to compete with the other dealership's offer "without too many words". We've had 4 good dealers who competed for a good price, all of them offered well,but Thomas was quick to address our concerns,his decisiveness to make the deal was the big point. Thomas personality counts too.We like the DCH way of putting their pictures on their emails.When you talk and meet him personally, he was very respectful and so great than his picture.
