Well I went to this dealer about a year ago to get a quote on a Accord coupe and was given an outrageous price. I wasn't really planning on getting a car than though, I only wanted a test drive. I was told to call back the next day to make sure the car I wanted to drive was there. I left a message with the sales person but never got a call back. Fast-forward to a couple of days ago... I leased an 08 Accord Coupe and if it wasn't for all the reading I did on leasing and car dealership tricks I wouldve been totally xxxxx. The salesman gave me a reasonable price for the car but an outrageous lease rate. I told him about the qoute I got on another vehicle of the same price which was almost $200 cheaper a month. He basically matched it which left me wondering why he didn't just quote me that price to begin with. Anyway when I finally sat down with another man to sign the papers, I found that all of the numbers we agreed on were wrong. We went over the numbers about 4 times because I kept finding "mistakes!!" After almost 6 hours I finally got my car and was able to go home, but it doesn't end. I called over and over again trying to make an appointment to get some parts installed that were included in my car deal... this took almost 3 days. I kept getting directed to different people, my salesman wouldn't return my phone calls, numbers wouldn't work. All in all it was a pretty painful experience but is any dealer really that different? After having a horrible experience with another dealership, DCH was a pleasure to deal with. Ren was fantastic, he explained all the features of the car, and (because it was late and the crew had a dealership, DCH was a pleasure to deal with. They were kind enough to stay half an hour past their closing time to finish the deal, and though they gave me a crap trade in value, the overall experience was worth the time spent, and Ren made me feel appreciated, like all customers should feel. Not only will they blow smoke up your butt, they will lie straight to your face. The first issue I have is that the price they quoted me upon selling me the car wasn't the price that the finance department had. They had me paying $125 more on my contract than what we had agreed on! had I not taken the time to READ THE FINE PRINT, I would have been way out of my budget on this car. Not to mention, the salesperson left to go run an errand! So I couldn't even fix the issue with him let alone have him finish off the paperwork with me. Someone else had to help me out. The only reason I went thru with the buying the car is because I had spent 6 f*xxxxx hours there (they were slow) and the initial car price was decent. The other ratings are right. I've called, they will not return your call, and if you try to go to the website and call the 888# it doesn't go anywhere-it eventually dumps you into an automated service that forces you to give your feedback on the dealership. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE RATINGS THAT HAVE on this website with 5 PLUS STARS. Those are the workers there trying to boost the already crappy rating. I do not ever post on rating websites, however, this was one I was not going to miss out on. More

Sales went fine. However, follow up with service on an installed device has been a mightmare. My wife and I have been trying to get a return phone call for 2 months. They ONLY care about selling you a car. Once you go there for service they will take your car, but if you have a question they would never return a phone call. However I once again fell for the trap of visiting a small local dealer near my home with what seemed to be the lowest quote, only to find out it did not include destination, a credit check fee, and an outrageous documentation fee! I submitted another quote request online and was introduced to Matt in the Internet department at Paramus Honda. I received a fast reply detailing not only the sales price but all applicable fees (destination, MV Fees, etc.). So I made the trip to the Paramus Honda showroom and met with Matt and his manager, Jason. It was then when I decided to purchase my new Accord from DCH Paramus. Their low-key sales approach won me over. They even gave me a sheet with a number of lease and finance options instead of just a single down payment and payment with no sales price disclosure. Having owned Honda’s in the past I was pretty much sold on the Accord. The decision I was making was pretty much where I wanted to actually buy the car. After I finished with Matt I met with a woman named Martha who completed my paperwork. Ordinarily these finance people are pushy and unprofessional. I kept thinking something was going to go downhill at some point in the purchase and figured it would be in the finance office. But it was just the contrary. She presented her options and explained which ones would benefit me and my decision, not just some generic sales pitch. I also met another finance guy named Y.L. who answered a tough to answer question I had. Overall I am so happy with my purchase. I love my new car and feel I got a really good deal. More
