I went to the dealership to deal with end of lease issues. The person who called me and with whom an appointment was made was listed on the call board , was a bait and switch - he existed only as a p issues. She was unprepared, didn't even take the time to find out what I owned just wanted to release (after I told her the particulars). When my spouse questioned her figures and facts " you don't know what your talking about" was here response. The insulting and uncooporative attitude was such that I left, and am now the proud owner of an American Built Chevrolet Silverado- BTW that was a cash transaction- I will not recommend this dealership for or to anyone and will be dropping off the Ridgeline and driving away in my new Chevy Truck. Never again a Japanese car and never again DCH anything. More
Went in for an appointment and was told my scheduled salesperson no longer worked there. A manager, by the name of Mike, came by and politely told me someone else would help me. Someone did come by, gre salesperson no longer worked there. A manager, by the name of Mike, came by and politely told me someone else would help me. Someone did come by, greet me warmly, and then disappeared for an hour. As I was about to leave, Mike stopped me, apologized for the lack help and said someone would be out in less than 10 minutes. As he walked back to his desk I overheard him tell another manager that the customer of Asian descent who just walked in looked like a "pie face". I waited 15 minutes more and asked one of the women who worked there where the restrooms were and she happily pointed to a vending machine. Then, another manager started screaming at a customer as he was leaving the dealership. As I was about to leave Mike reappeared and apologized again, and said someone was wrapping things up with a customer and would be by in 5 minutes. He then went to his desk and started eating a hefty sandwich. He paused to check out the rear end of a girl who looked no older than 15 who was there with her parents. After 5 minutes and no help, I left, gladly. The people who work here are good at putting on a polite face when you walk in to buy but, when they think no one's watching, they are the scum of the earth. More
I found the personnel I dealt with very responsive to my needs as to price and learning about how to buys a car for the first time. They were professional and freindly and not intimidaing ast all. If you are hesitant and had bad experiences with Honda dealerships, DCH will help erase thos memories. I was suprised how effient and upfront DCH was regarding to their sales practice and customer servic dealerships, DCH will help erase thos memories. First off, I had no intentions of purchasing at this time as I was only scheduled for an end of term lease inspection. As a returning customer, we expected nothing less than upscale service but we were still amazed at the level of service that has been engrained into each of the employees at DCH Paramus, expecially with Harshall. He took his customer service 1 step further by providing us with the options that we had not really discussed before and wallah- we walked out with our dream car at an affordable price. Sure the paperwork is always painful but we are pleased that he was always available through every step of the process and are truly thankful we landed him as our sales guy.
