My first contact with Harshal was via internet when I was shopping price. As you might expect I also contacted other local and some further away dealers. He never pressured me even though several weeks passed because of our vacation and a family celebration which occupied our time. When we finally did meet, Harshal did a thorough job of "selling" the car. Again he did not pressure, only stated the facts (what else can you do when you have a great product)! As a woman, I appreciated the fact that Harshal addressed me and not my husband when he was speaking since I was the one who would be using the car. He always shook my hand first as well - little things perhaps but meaningful to me. When we picked up the car, Harshal took the time to explain all the features on the dashboard. He even demonstrated how to fold the back seats and even had me fold one down myself!! A good teacher.
