DCH Paramus Honda

We bought a new Honda CR-V from this dealer last weekend. Debbie was our primary contact/salesperson. The amount of paperwork is rather substantial, but she along with other dealership staff made it as painless as possible. I definitely recommend Debbie and the staff working there if you are tired of being treated unprofessionally and expect better customer service during such substantial purchase. The dealer is very busy on Saturdays, so be prepared to be patient and get there as early as you can and have some food (e.g. sandwiches) with you. The only negative about this place is that the coffee is instant and not so good (rather than brewed fresh with real milk). More
