The sales rep, Gareth, was very helpful and courteous, and was not pushy at all (unlike some other places). On my first visit, I did a test drive & the initial paperwork, and was out of there in an hour. A few days later, went back to pick up the car (the specific options I wanted weren't on the lot, but easily obtained without complaint from a sister dealership), finished the paperwork, and again was out of there with the new car in about an hour. I hope to have my car for many years to come, but would definitely go back to DCH when I'm in the market for a new car again. More

I was surprise to see that my sales transaction process was handled so smoothly since in the past other dealerships have left me for hours waiting before I was able to drive off the lot with the new car. I didn’t feel any pressure or was unclear on anything in regards to the sale and this was very important to me. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership but the sales consultant to my friends and family. The experience was not only positive but delightful as well. More
We bought a new Honda CR-V from this dealer last weekend. Debbie was our primary contact/salesperson. She is very professional: she followed up in a timely fashion via phone on all our inquiries as promised, she picked us up from NJ Transit bus station (we took the bus #163 from NYC Port Authority to Paramus mall) back to the dealer and she made sure that we were happy with our purchase from the beginning to the very end. The amount of paperwork is rather substantial, but she along with other dealership staff made it as painless as possible. I definitely recommend Debbie and the staff working there if you are tired of being treated unprofessionally and expect better customer service during such substantial purchase. The dealer is very busy on Saturdays, so be prepared to be patient and get there as early as you can and have some food (e.g. sandwiches) with you. The only negative about this place is that the coffee is instant and not so good (rather than brewed fresh with real milk). More

She is knowledgable, pleasant, honest and I would not have entertained the idea of trading in my car, had I not been able to work with her. Service on my cars since I have moved to Northern New Jersey has been done by Paramus Honda. Their serice department is excellent - and is the reason I chose to purchase a vehicle there in the first place. More
Two hours of my life i'll never get back. At least i know i wasted their time too. A year ago this place sold me a massive lemon. After being told by many people to get rid of the car before it died on me i decided to lease a new vehicle. I settle for a Honda (even though i don't like them) because they're supposed to be reliable. I figured i'd go to DCH since they'd owe me a good deal. Wrong. The sales person i worked with was very friendly but i was thoroughly insulted by their offer. Pennies for my trade in, a large down payment and close to $500 a month lease for a Civic. A CIVIC!? I could lease a Mercedes for that much. The sales manager even came over with a bit of an attitude which i was expecting from the other bad reviews i read about him on here. He had the audacity to say he was doing me a favor with the prices he gave me. I, of course, left and immediately went to Jack Daniels Volkswagen. They were very friendly, relaxed, and patient. They gave me exactly what i wanted for my trade-in, and a lower down payment and monthly payment and i drove away in a much better quality car than a civic. I would never in my life tell someone to go to DCH unless i have an immense hatred towards them. I have no idea how they get such good ratings or even won the Pesidents Award in 2005. I guess their customers are a direct reflection of themselves. Morons. More

We already bought a CRV from Paramus Honda and had such a positive experience that we wanted to lease our new Civic from there as well. Harshal was friendly and thorough and helped us deal with the fact tha positive experience that we wanted to lease our new Civic from there as well. Harshal was friendly and thorough and helped us deal with the fact that we were moving to another state. He even helped with our insurance company, after we had been told incorrect information. All in all, a positive experience and I would definitely be a return customer to Paramus Honda. More
I was looking for a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe V6 with Nav and was referred to DCH by DCH Acura Montclair. Barry Magnus was my first contact who gave me a great price on the vehicle I wanted.
