Let me begin by saying that on behalf of myself, and the entire staff of DCH Paramus Honda, we apologize for not being able to accommodate you on your visit to our showroom. I assure you that the way you were dressed has nothing to do with the service you received. The majority of our customers come in with jeans and sneakers. If no one greeted you upon arriving then we just failed to perform at the level of performance that is required of us, plain and simple. Not to make any excuses but accommodating all the customers that visit us on saturdays (generally over 100)is definitely a challenge for us and we are constantly striving to speed up our process as to free up our salespeople faster to assist the next customer waiting in the store. We also recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment as we have a separate department that just handles appointments.
