Sent out internet request to multiple Honda dealers for best quote. Received only two quotes back, and Paramus Honda's quote was a real dollar figure quote, and in my opinion, the most competitive. This is my fourth Honda Civic and my third purchase through Paramus Honda. My third Honda was thru Route 23 Pompton Plains. I ended up there because of a bad experience 12 years ago with an inexperienced salesperson in Paramus. I came back to Paramus because of their excellent BBB rating and Dealer Rater reviews. I am very happy I did. Steve Chan was a respectful professional through every aspect of the process and really went the distance. I came unannounced and Harshal took me on a test drive, accepted my trade, took care of all the paper work, and got me driving home in my brand new CRV EX THAT DAY!! I previously bought a car at Route 23 accepted my trade, took care of all the paper work, and got me driving home in my brand new CRV EX THAT DAY!! The receptionist is really nice too!! All in all, a perfect car buying experience.
