Talk about an extremely informative expert for those extra special goodies you may want to treat yourself too, he's the man. Not pushy, aggressive but just pleasant and will tell you what's best to get for your particular vehicle. He's up on all the new gadgets. The Entire Service and Parts Departments. This is the best, most professional and expeditious New Car Dealer Service Department and impressively gets the job done the first time and correctly that you will ever have the pleasure to deal with. They are just terrific all around. Please, check out each individual I took my precious time to write about here and see if I am right and when you find I am, lease or buy from them. They also have one of the largest Used Car Departments I have ever seen and I don't know his name but he is a tall, black, handsome gentleman and I believe he's the manager and is always trying to make neat deals with the customers to make it happen for them because I have seen it all while waiting for my oil changes and I sit up front because it's super to watch this family run, auto giant, run like a local mom and pop friendly place, you literally hate to leave it's so much fun being there. One last note to all: Although DCH turned out to be the most competitive dealer in the fold I must remind everyone from all the cars I have taken home in my life and that is "Beware of cheap price imitations only" because you will become that persons lawful prey, long after the smell of the new car has vanished. DCH will always be there for you to make "The Mutually Beneficial Deal" for all. P.S. Mr. Barry Magnus, GM is always there in the dealership walking around, talking with customers and this man although I have not had many dealings with him, I have heard him helping customers and all he wants are satisfied people, period. No excuses, just happy satisfied clients, so it's nice to know if a person higher up the chain of command is ever needed, he is there, all the time. More
