I met with Leon several times to discuss the purchase of a new car. After speaking with him, Leon knew exactly what I wanted and took the time to explain my options to me and what would be possible to best a new car. I test-drove two cars and, of course, wanted the more expensive one even though it was out of my league. After talking with my mom and Leon, the manager, Keith came over to meet with us as well. Keith explained, and validated, what Leon told us and after sitting there for a few hours and figuring out what best fit what I wanted, and was also in my price range, I bought the new 2010 Honda Accord. I have had the car for a little over a week now and I am so happy with it!! I bought my first car at DCH Paramus Honda and my mom bought her last car there. The first dealership I visited was Paramus Honda after work one night. I received customer service from Wes Hamdan, who was very receptive and informative in light of my situation. He made it possible so that I knew all of my options that evening and I was able to make a decision on purchasing a vehicle that I was very happy with that very night, and did not feel at all rushed with my decision, even though I didn't spend alot of time at a bunch of car dealerships. After receiving the vehicle, he also assisted me with all of my paper work, and registration and insurance information. If I were approached by someone purchasing a vehicle, I would not hesitate to refer them to Wes at Paramus Honda. More
