For a particularly busy environment, we found the dealership friendly and pressureless. We continuously kept getting friendly e-mails from a sales manager (Vern) and when it was time to go back to DCH, the vehicle we wanted was sold; no matter, another similar vehicle had just come in. We negotiated the price w/o seeing the vehicle, then came to look at it...and bought it. Wes was very helpful in explaining the intricies of the souped up Pilot and we were pleased with our purchase.
