My wife and I were shopping for Honda CR-V for at least a year and we finally bought it from DCH Paramus Honda with help from a gentleman named Steve Chan (Sales consultant) at Paramus location in NJ. Steve was absolutely helpful in all aspect of a car buying experience and we definitely recommend him. Not only he was knowledgeable, but was "SO" friendly that we felt that we were shopping at home. We wish that other sales consultants are just like Steve Chan. Prior to visiting DCH Paramus Honda, we were 120% decided to go with either Hyundai or Toyota. Well, this is because of the fact that we had such a bad experiences with sale consultants from other Honda dealers that we got discouraged. However, this all got changed since we met Steve Chan at this Honda Dealer. This Honda dealer has a very friendly and professional environment. Steve - we thank you for all your help and you are very much appreciated. We will definitely buy another car from you again in future. More

Salesman was pleasannt to deal with and was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. Since I already knew what car I wanted, my main issue was price and Jose was able to able to offer an acceptable price about the cars he was selling. The model and color I wanted was not in stock, but they did have one on order. The car arrived within the agreed upon time frame and was just as ordered. Dealer had best price and were willing to negotiate in good faith. Atmosphere is somewhat "stadium" like which felt impersonal. We were given a recently hired salesperson who I would rate "OK". Her manager, who appeared twice when we hit snags in the negotiation process, was nice, straight forward, clear and reasonable. Their finance officer was very good and expedited the process. We were persuaded to purchase the extended warranty which we were told is "bumper to bumper" covering the car for 8 years or 120K miles. Documents arrived 3 weeks later pertaining to this coverage with a long list of exclusions. Some of these make sense because they pertain to normal wear and tear. However, others are major components which, in my opinion, should be covered. Car had 2 minor defects when delivered: 1) Small scratch; 2) Interior panel in rear does not meet properly. Defect 1 was buffed out - required an additional dealer visit and took quite a while - lots of customers in the service area. Defect 2 was looked at but not addressed because they did not have the part (clip). A second service visit is scheduled to correct this. More

I purchased my first car in my second year in college from Paramus Honda, a new coal grey Honda Accord LX. The following year, my sister replaced her car with a black Honda Civic EX, purchased from Para from Paramus Honda, a new coal grey Honda Accord LX. The following year, my sister replaced her car with a black Honda Civic EX, purchased from Paramus Honda. When she married and started her family, her husband was so impressed by the pep and longevity of the Civic that he moved from Ford to Honda and they purchased the family van from Paramus Honda. I never tire of recommending Paramus Honda as the dealership of choice and Maria Alcantara as the must see sales person. The dealer was friendly and very informative, but the overall experience took 3 hours. 1 hour of this was after the deal was signed which just felt like forever.
