Leslie Solomon is a wonderful and professional salesperson. He is warm, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeble of the vehicle that I purchased but others I was interested as well. The car delivered to me was the wrong vehicle, all of the paperwork had to be redone. Instead of a full tank of gas I was given one eigth of a tank. When I finally got home I realized one of the master key paperwork had to be redone. Instead of a full tank of gas I was given one eigth of a tank. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from Steve Chan. Steve provides us with great service & professionalism in helping us purchase our present CRV. My 1st Honda was an Accord (87), (2) CRV (98), (3) Odyssey (01), & (4) Pilot (03). We had purchased the '98 CRV at Mahwah Honda and was not happy with the service at that dealership. So in 2001 we visited DCH Paramus and worked Steve Chan on purchasing our new Honda then. We were so happy with his professionalism & service that we continue to buy our Hondas with him. We traded in our '98 Honda CRV last month for the newer model "10 CRV. My husband had great times with the old '98 CRV. The newer CRV is quite a step up from the old model. We still have the 2003 Pilot. Honda makes a great product. We will definitely recommend Steve Chan to our friends and family when they are looking for a car and DCH Paramus. Steve provides great service and he is is like a family member to us. He is honest and straightforward. I have never had a problem with the service dept with all the times I had service there. Eric Thomas who handled our loan was a professional. He was courteous and handled our loan with ease. Eric Thomas and Steve Chan both worked great together as a team. More

Mr Yildiz is an excellent salesman, friendly and patient and was very helpful in closing the sale. I would recommend him highly. On the other hand before being assigned to Mr. Yildiz, we had very bad exp and was very helpful in closing the sale. I would recommend him highly. This is our second lease at Paramus Honda and the service both times were excellent. Our sales person John Medrano was friendly, courteous and informative. On may 13th 2010 i went to get my car serviced at DCH On may 13th 2010 i went to get my car serviced at DCH Honda in Paramus, New Jersey. In addition to the required maintenance that needed to be done, On may 13th 2010 i went to get my car serviced at DCH Honda in Paramus, New Jersey. In addition to the required maintenance that needed to be done, i had also asked the Honda personnel to check out the paint peeling off from the bumper of my car. These paint chips were not in any way scraped towards the ground because it is the top portion of the bumper. This bumper is also a replacement due to an accident a couple of months ago, but the new parts were installed at the discretion of DCH Honda and their service member, Nick Clites. However, they had told me that these paint chips were caused by the bumper bending and flexing at the mercy of a steep drive way of some sort. I do not believe that the paint chipped off due to the flexing of my bumper, rather it was done due to the improper job done coating the paint. And DCH Paramus Honda is not accepting responsibility of their bad job. Since my car is new I am going to take up the matter with Honda and BBB. More
