My husband and I had leased an Odyssey from Bay Ridge Honda in Brooklyn, NY. But, had moved to NJ and wanted to start our new lease here in New Jersey. We first went to Garden State Honda -- it was a h Honda in Brooklyn, NY. But, had moved to NJ and wanted to start our new lease here in New Jersey. We first went to Garden State Honda -- it was a horrible experience and made us reconsider Honda. Their customer service was awful, they made us wait (with 2 kids, and I am 8 months pregnant) for hours as they put together a laughable lease arrangement. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. We left absolutely defeated. I asked around to my friends and everyone told me that Garden State was a mistake and that DCH in Paramus was the place to go. We were not disappointed. They were respectful about our terms-- what we wanted to pay and what we wanted -- they were quick, incredibly nice. Helped us move everything from the old car to the new -- just an all around great experience. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to use them for future cars. We have a great car at a price we are totally happy with. More

This is my second time leasing a car from DCH Paramus Honda. I have to be honest and tell you that my first experience was not the greatest. I was actually hesitating on coming back, but I am so glad tha Honda. I have to be honest and tell you that my first experience was not the greatest. I am paying less for a brand new car that is bigger and roomier. Can't get any better than that! Overall, my experience was great. I guess in this case, things were better the second time around. This is the 2nd Accord Coupe I've leased from Steve. He's been the consumate professional on both occasions and has gone above and beyond to help us get the best price. The first time in 2007 he found our car down state and drove the car back to northern NJ himself. He also worked with us to get the best financing deal since we were new to the US and had little credit established stateside. This time we had some damage on our 2007 Accord and Steve joined us on the phone to negotiate a discount with Honda and then worked with the dealership to subsidize us futher. Most importantly, the price was right. I compared with another Honda dealer & Steve's price was $1500 cheaper!! More
This is the worst Service Center I ever saw. I actually went to get the Oil change Service. But they add on things which I had to pay (no choice). They nailed one of the car tyre and said the tyre to be r went to get the Oil change Service. But they add on things which I had to pay (no choice). CAUTION: THOSE LOOKING TO CHECK OUT DCH, READ THIS REVIEW FIRST- This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST buying experience for me. Long story short, I went in to speak to someone about leasing a Civic, a guy na FIRST- This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST buying experience for me. Long story short, I went in to speak to someone about leasing a Civic, a guy named CJ tries to give me the run-around and pull a fast one on me, all the while raising his voice. A couple of days later, Mike, the "General Sales Manager" (if you ask me, he's too incompetent to be one), sends me a message after seeing my review here and asks me to give them another chance. I give them the benefit of the doubt, and what do they do? Made me waste 3 hours of my precious time between going there and coming back - I got to the dealership, sat through Mike degrading and patronizing me. I have to hand it to you, even through all the derogatory remarks and tone of voice, I almost signed a contract with them. What pushed me over the edge was when I was on the phone with Mike the day before signing the contract, and he sat there yelling into the phone, "YOU'RE WRONG, YOU'RE WRONG!". Some customer service they have there - And they call themselves a business that "prides themselves of excellence". Do yourself a favor and go to an honest and sincere dealership and salesman. You don't need to put up with people pulling your strings by tricking you into thinking you're getting a good price on a car and adding it back up by trying to hide fees into your contract. Yes, they're a big dealership, so yes, they can save you what seems to be a lot of money. But if you can, drive the extra miles out to HUDSON HONDA- I got a GREAT deal with them. I did a bit of negotiating, but ended up getting the car for WAY cheaper, with personnel who took the time to listen to my questions and answer them. Even DC Tenafly is a better Honda dealer than DCH. They're a smaller dealership, so you'll end up paying 100-200 more, but it's worth it. No one deserves to be treated the way I was. If you go to Hudson Honda, ask for Danny McHugh, he seriously put up with ALL of my nonsense with so much patience. Not once did he or anyone else raise their voices or patronize me. This goes without saying, but PEOPLE- DO YOUR RESEARCH! The positive reviews here are obviously posted by those who DIDN'T do their research, or who got cajoled by the "GENERAL MANAGER" to come back in so he can find a way to trick you into writing a good review. DCH somehow has a better review than Hudson, but I'm sure Mike corners his many unsatisfied customers into writing a good review - he certainly tried with me. DONT FALL FOR IT- I DID! More
