Mr. Natesan used numerous resources within the dealership to explain to me a reasonable price for the car, APR financing and monthly payments. He was very patient with me; at times I got very frustrated with the numbers. He calmed my fears of all the financing terms that seem foreign to me and reassured me at that time that he was helping me to get the best deal possible. After spending two hours with Mr. Natesan and Customer Service Representatives, who were also understanding, I left with a good feeling. I knew that I made the right choice in choosing DCH Paramus Honda after several visit to other Honda dealerships in hope of finding the better deal as well as quality service. I got a great deal on the price of the Accord, affordable monthly payments and my first oil change free of charge. What a deal! He found what we needed, gave us all the numbers on leasing and buying, and gave us a deal we were very happy with. We went to other dealerships before and they were only interested in "The Sale". I truly believe these guys wanted us to enjoy this experience; and we did. I would highly recommend Paramus Honda to anyone looking for a great deal on a car. They ask the right questions, respect the customer, and are a joy to work with. More
