I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales rep, Joe Casciari, was very knowledgible and accommodating to our needs. The only negative part of the visit was the down time in between the actual sale and the finalization of paperwork with the financing department. As for Honda, I don't understand how they can advertise the Honda Pilot as an 8 passenger vehicle and not supply a simple floor mat for the last row of seats on a $36,000+ car. Mr. Natesan used numerous resources within the dealership to explain to me a reasonable price for the car, APR financing and monthly payments. He was very patient with me; at times I got very frustrated with the numbers. He calmed my fears of all the financing terms that seem foreign to me and reassured me at that time that he was helping me to get the best deal possible. After spending two hours with Mr. Natesan and Customer Service Representatives, who were also understanding, I left with a good feeling. I knew that I made the right choice in choosing DCH Paramus Honda after several visit to other Honda dealerships in hope of finding the better deal as well as quality service. I got a great deal on the price of the Accord, affordable monthly payments and my first oil change free of charge. What a deal!
