The only reason we leased a brand new 2012 Honda Accord EXL was because of Gareth Crosdale!! Other Honda dealers did not answer the important questions the way Gareth did so we simply crossed them off the list and went to meet Gareth. 3 hours later we were driving away in our new car!! Gareth has a great personality and never pushy which goes a long way with us. He was very knowledgeable between what features each model car has which helped us quickly weed out the lower level models we were not interested in securing a higher grade sale for your dealership. He worked with us on our trade in which was much appreciated and insured we got the exact car color inside and out we were interested in and did everything with a friendly attitude. Your finance guy was great as well who clearly and concisely explained all the terms and swiftly walked us through the signing of all the paperwork with a nice friendly demeanor. It was painless. We went to this dealership 15 minutes before they close, still Rick and his manager were extremely polite in getting us the car and price we wanted. We asked for bluetooth handsfree system installation and at first We were told that the technician will come to our place and install it in a couple of days but we were surprised with their proactive service. The bluetooth system was installed already by the time we reached the dealership to pick up the car next day. Again, It was a great and smooth buying experience.
