After receiving an e-mail from DCH Paramus Honda containing a "New Vehicle Special" deal for a 2012 CR-V, I called DCH Paramus and scheduled an appointment that evening at 7:00 p.m. with Hamad Deeb. containing a "New Vehicle Special" deal for a 2012 CR-V, I called DCH Paramus and scheduled an appointment that evening at 7:00 p.m. with Hamad Deeb. Mr. Deeb was a consummate professional from the beginning, even taking the time to greet me and my wife while he was finishing up with another customer. When Mr. Deeb finished with his other customer, he gave us his undivided attention and clearly explained the requirements of the "New Vehicle Special" deal that brought us to DCH Paramus. Significantly, while Mr. Deeb advised us of the differences between the CR-V model that was part of the "New Vehicle Special" deal and the other CR-V models - he never attempted to steer us towards another, more expensive, alternative. Mr. Deeb's professionalism also continued when my wife test drove the CR-V. He was clearly knowledgable about the vehicle and made sure she was comfortable with the vehicle before taking it out for a test drive. Needless to say, after test driving the vehicle, we were sold. Although it was well after 10:00 p.m. at this time, Mr. Deeb did not rush us through the paperwork. Instead, he patiently answered any additional questions we had. Moreover, the paperwork that was presented reflected the "New Vehicle Special" deal exactly as it was advertised - with no hidden costs.
