My wife and I had a very good experience at Paramus Honda yesterday. Mike Swalha and Eric Thomas were both very friendly and professional. I was impressed and pleased by Mike's response to my noticing that t yesterday. Mike Swalha and Eric Thomas were both very friendly and professional. I was impressed and pleased by Mike's response to my noticing that the car we bought needed a wheel alignment. Saying the car would not be accepted for final sale by him until the alignment was done and new tires would replace the present unevenly worn ones was very nice to hear. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. More

My wife and I were very happy with the service at DCH Honda of Paramus on 05/04/2013. When I emailed Chris Park to ask if a free carwash is included with my first free oil change on our 2012 Honda CRV, Honda of Paramus on 05/04/2013. When I emailed Chris Park to ask if a free carwash is included with my first free oil change on our 2012 Honda CRV, he said he will gladly accomodate that our vehicle be washed at no extra charge. When we got to the dealership, Frank Russo, Jr. was our service advisor. He was very friendly and helpful. He told us that on Saturdays they usually don't wash cars because they get very busy, but he was able to accomodate it since we are first time customers. We were very happy with the over all experience. More

I went in with a budget and not knowing what to expect. Edwin and Erick went above and beyond to meet not only my budget but also my needs. John is a very straight-forward young man with a big smile, lots of enthusiasm and potential. I would like to emphasize "straight forward" here, as this is not a common trait you find amongst car dealer smile, lots of enthusiasm and potential. I dropped by this dealership because of its proximity to where I live and price point. And I hit jackpot with John. I just purchased a Honda Civic 1 week ago. Although it took more time than I expected, they met all my needs, and sold me a car. We only negotiated 2x instead of back and forth. Mike Swalha was the best salesperson I have had the opportunity to work with. I purchased the car out of state (UT) and picked it up in NJ and Mike handled everything through the long distance transact opportunity to work with. I purchased the car out of state (UT) and picked it up in NJ and Mike handled everything through the long distance transaction perfectly. I was picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership to find my car exactly as described beautifully detailed with a full tank of gas.
