I purchased a used vehicle from your dealership. The salesperson Leslie Solomon was an all around gentleman and a great guy. Easy going, low pressure, and fairly knowledgable. I must add that the recept salesperson Leslie Solomon was an all around gentleman and a great guy. Easy going, low pressure, and fairly knowledgable. I must add that the receptionist in the showroom... I think her name was Georgia, was awesome. Polite...greeted me, helped me find a salesperson, etc. While there, I saw her in action. She seemed to take care of everything!! I can assure you, whatever you are paying her it is not enough. Outside of that, I realize that your dealership is going through some changes... but the one word that sums it up for me is CHAOS. Holy cow! It seemed that everything was happening all around me and all at the same time. As you can understand with your current situation, the parking sucks. I almost drove away! However, I did go inside, and did make a fair deal on the vehicle I wanted. It was prepared, clean and ready to go as promised. So, I would say that it was a win/win for both of us. I hope this helps you somewhat. It's not a bad review, and I realize that you are in the process of improving your dealership. I did come on a Saturday, which I'm sure is probably a busier than average day. More

Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and most of the time it is NOT. This however, was the 1st time that buying a car was actually a GREAT experience. Our sales person Mike was friendly, professional and knowledgable and could not have done more for us. John our Finance Rep was a true pleasure to deal with and his knowledge and personality are a true compliment to your dealership. I am the 3rd immediate family member to purchase a car at Paramus Honda and from what I experienced - I would send anyone I know to them for their knowledge, personality and professionalism. The first salesman I dealt with didn't seem to know the cars, and when I asked about a "do not sell" sticker, he replied that I shouldn't worry about that. We also took a test drive in the car, which I the cars, and when I asked about a "do not sell" sticker, he replied that I shouldn't worry about that. We also took a test drive in the car, which I was later told we should not have been able to do. We returned on another day, dealt with Mike and was able to make the deal. Price wise I feel it was good, but after signing the papers I waited over an hour to see the financial person. When I questioned what was taking so long, two men behind the long desk thought it was funny, replying" usually it takes 3 to 4 hours" and " it probably takes you longer to buy shoes" I found both remarks unprofessional and . furthermore it is unacceptable to be kept waiting over an hour. I will not buy another car at DCH again. More

I was so excited about getting a new car but was overwhelmed by the amount of choices I had and also was working with a very strict budget. I flew into NY just to come to this dealership.
