Sean was great from the very beginning. I submitted an inquiry online regarding a Toyota Sequoia. We talked few times trying to get some time to meet due to my schedule and he never pressured me. Let me start off by saying my family is not new to this dealer, to this date we have purchased 5 cars one paid in full. My mother works between 12-16 hours a da,y she found herself needing a car and after dealer, to this date we have purchased 5 cars one paid in full. My mother works between 12-16 hours a da,y she found herself needing a car and after her last car purchased privately she decided to buy a CPO from DCH like the rest of the family. Upon arriving at the dealer she was presented with a CPO HONDA CRV 2010. My mother being that her work schedule is a bit hectic at times drove to the dealer the only time of the day she could afford to go, late night. Her salesman DID NOT take her for a test drive. They did NOT offer a CARFAX ON A CPO. Minor dings and scratches on the car were promised to be taken care of after purchase and the car was being sold to her almost 400$ over book value(this was just in the dealer) after taking the car home she immediately noticed the quality of the ride was not was she was promised. The front tires were COMPLETELY SHOT NO TRED!!! the car after 3 months started making sounds coming from the wheel well sounded like hub bearings. So she took it to the dealer to make a complaint and possibly get put into another car. Upon arrival she was told it was too early to exchange the car so she went home and waited a few weeks like she was told.. coming back in to the dealer to see about exchanging the car she was told the car is okay and its covered for 100,000 miles or 7 yrs. ( still not one single employee took the liberty of checking the car to find the origin of her complaints and disadisfaction) 4 months after the purchase and me hearing a lot of this for the first time I called the dealer and was asked to come in. Upon arrival I spoke to the salesman who made the sale, who sent me to a salesmanager, who sent me to a service manager, who sent me back to sales. Once back at sales i was told its now too late in the lease for her to exchange, first too early now were too late.They tried everything possible to not help. Just pointing fingures at every other department as to why my mother was sold a CPO that couldnt even pass nj inspection, the tires were BALD(10% tread) MY MOTHER COULD HAVE KILLED HERSELF OR OTHERS AND ALL THE Managers COULD SAY WAS BUT SHE DIDNT!!! After 6 hours of being sent from corner to corner and wait after wait they decide to swap out the car but only at my mothers expense. She had to give up her last deposite and payments if she was to get in another car. So there employee makes a mistake and we the customers pay for it.THEY made a mistake falsely advertised and sold a CPO car that couldnt pass inspection or the CPO bumper to bumper 160 point inspection. The body work after four months was never done. Put frankly she was hustled. She paid over book value for a CPO that should have never left the lot in those poor conditions. We lost thousands and were paying more for her CPO odysey. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER PURCHASE WITH DCH AGAIN. I WILL BE REPORT THIS TO THE BBB IMMEDIATELY BUYER BEWARE. GET A CARFAX AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK TO AVOID BEING HUSTLED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME. PS: HER CPO ODESSEY HAS A CRACKED TAIL LIGHT, BUMPER DAMAGE, CARPET AND SEATS ARE STAINED AND WERE WAITING TO FIND MORE AFTER ONLY 30 DAYS. I WILL CONTACT BBB TOMORROW AND TAKE MY LEGAL ACTIONS IF I HAVE TO. AVOID DCH of PARAMUS AT ALL COST. More
Bought a used Mazda from this dealership and I must say service was good. Whatever issues or questions I had were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
