Although I was 4 months out, I phoned Paul and I was surprised that he remember me when inquiring about a new car. I told him we were just looking to see what was out there and he came back with some price quotes and ideas. Although I told him we weren't looking to change immediately, he followed up promptly via email and phone. After checking out what was out there, I decided to go back to Paul as I appreciated his transparency and follow up. 2 weeks after the initial phone call, I came to the dealership to sign the papers.
