So when we went to purchase a new vehicle, I didn't have time to waste at a dealership haggling over add-ons and pricing surprises. I was car buying, not car shopping. I spoke with all of the major Honda dealerships within 100 miles of New York City and the staff at DCH Paramus provided the most professional buying experience. From the start, Theresa Rosen in the Internet department clearly communicated all of the pricing and was willing to work with our preferences. She was always friendly and willing to return a call or email. Most importantly, the pricing she and manager Matt Hunziker offered was aggressive. When I arrived at the dealership, Theresa was waiting and the DCH Paramus Sales team was already briefed. Client Advisor Hamad Deeb handled the transaction and was professional throughout. Hamad processed an old vehicle trade-in and a new vehicle purchase in one afternoon. (And that afternoon just so happened to be Christmas Eve!) But we couldn't complete the deal without my wife's signature on the paperwork and she was at home with a newborn. So, on his own initiative, Hamad volunteered to drive the paperwork to my house for my wife to sign, which we then did!
