Omar showed us all the options, and then got the price we needed to make the deal work. The sales process was very mellow, no hard sales from anybody involved in the process. Once the car had been detailed and ready to go, Omar spent the extra time to show me the features and even got my phone and Bluetooth synced so that I can speak hands free. I received a follow-up phone call the day after bringing my car home which was very comforting because knowing that the sale was already complete it was a nice surprise to receive the phone call. As long-time customers we appreciate the respect and service we receive from the DCH staff. The people at Paramus Honda go out of their way to be helpful.
