If i could, i would’ve given 0 star. Traded in my car, they didnt pay off the car on time and resulting extra payment from my acct. spoke to a mgr named Freddie, stating that his acct d Traded in my car, they didnt pay off the car on time and resulting extra payment from my acct. spoke to a mgr named Freddie, stating that his acct depmt was backed up and i am not the only person whos payment was not made on time. That says how much they care about their customers. They dont really care about whats going to affect on your credit. If i knew, i wouldnt give good scote on the honda survey. I mean, Honda, what is the point of getting good score when they are literally asking for perfect 5 on the survey? Do you think you can really collecting honest feedback from your customers with the dealer experience?? If you could get a similar deal from another dealt, do yourself a favor and get a car from somewhere else. There were another issue but i dont even want to spend time to write any more. More
