This time around I was more than happy with the entire leasing experience. The pre-negotiated deal I made with Krystal (one of their internet sales consultants) was honored with no questions asked when my wife and I went to pick up the vehicle. Followed up over the phone with David stating I had a lower quote from another dealer. David assured they can match it. Actual visit to the dealership was very seamless, pleasant experience. The sales rep Joe England was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job explaining our questions and made sure to deliver the car in timely manner. Mike Ehirim, the finance manager, was also great; Mike promptly prepared paper work and we were out of the dealership in timely manner with our new car.
